Statement from Anthony Flannery:TVNZ Breakfast Presenter, Pippa Wetzell had a baby girl this morning (Saturday, 11th April) and has named her, Cameron Jade (born 8lb 9oz).
I'm stoked about the safe arrival of little Cameron as is everyone at TVNZ and we pass on our very best wishes to Pippa and Torrin.
Pippa plans to return to Breakfast later this year and while we look forward to that we also want her to take all the time she can to hang out with her little girls, it's such precious time that passes so quickly.
I'm sure there will be many viewers wanting to pass on their congratulations and they are welcome to email a message to Pippa from the Breakfast page on our website which we will forward to her, www.tvnz.co.nz/breakfast.
